SANTA BOB (man in the big red suit) has worked as a professional, real-beard Santa Claus for over 20 years.

Until 2020, Santa Bob was the face of the holiday season at three of New England's most prominent shopping destinations — The Liberty Tree Mall in Danvers, The Square One Mall in Saugus, and The Burlington Mall in Burlington, Massachusetts. In that role he met and made magic with thousands of families, day after day, season after season.

His most meaningful work has come through charitable partnerships. As part of Autism Speaks' Caring Santa program — where malls across the country open their doors early to give children who struggle with crowds a quiet, one-on-one moment with Santa — Bob has created experiences that families describe as life-changing. He has also brought Christmas in July to children who survived the NICU through the Ronald McDonald House in New York City, including intimate virtual bedtime story sessions for families living at the House.

Beyond the malls, Santa Bob has built a reputation as the go-to Santa for top event planners and private clients — from holiday brunches and corporate galas to intimate family photo shoots and Christmas Eve home visits. He brings the same level of preparation and presence to a 10-person family gathering as he does to a 500-person hotel ballroom.
